IBM’s Watson Health needed to showcase their suite of employer solutions in a seamless, intuitive digital experience. My role in this project was IA and copywriting.
I created an IA content schema, which mapped out the flow for three employer tracks: Benefits analytics, Business continuity, and Employee engagement. With interview notes from key stakeholders and a rough content outline, I wrote all copy.
