Below, you’ll find two assessment tools I worked on as Freelance IA/Copywriter at Somnio. One is for Instana, an IBM company, and the other is for IBM’s Watson Health solution.
IBM Observability by Instana APM Assessment Tool
IBM’s Instant team came to Somnio needing an interactive assessment tool developed that would gauge digital transformation maturity and how equipped an organization is to become more responsive to customers. My role in this project was Information Architecture (IA) and copywriting. In terms of IA, I was responsible for helping create the logic weighting for the assessment tool and creating a content schema.

IBM needed a compliance assessment tool created for their Watson Health solution. My role in this project was IA and copyediting. I created a content schema and provided copy recommendations.
